We will pick you up from your hotel and drive you by microbus to Manzanillo where your guide will be waiting for you to take you on this 4 hour jungle adventure through this refuge. It’s required a good phisycal conditions, as we may bare-foot cross a river and climb small rocky hills to access the most astonishing cliffs during our trek.  Apart from the great variety of vegetation, you will also observe animals like monkeys, toucans, sloths, snakes, caimans and an enormous variety of birds. The beauty of this refuge is its incredible forests, lagoons, coral reefs and white sand beaches, providing great options for perfect post-card shots. It is located in the most isolated and exotic place on the entire South Caribbean coast, where there is no road access to a set of gorgeous coves and beaches surrounded by lush vegetation. This refuge protects over 11,000 acres of sea, over 9 miles of coast and over 12,000 acres of plants and hills with maximum height of 380 ft. At the end of this beautiful adventure you can explore the lively Manzanillo Hamlet or just relax on the beach while you wait for the microbus to take you back to Puerto Viejo. If you wish to pass more time on the beach please let the guide know so we can arrange the transportation for you. Duration: 5 hours approximately. Departure: 7:00 a.m.
